Since its inception in 2014, New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) has maintained a tightly knit relationship with the community at both a local and state level. Our mission to create economic impact in New Jersey is only possible if embraced by those who stand to benefit from it. Community Outreach
NJII's vision for community outreach and development follows very closely to our values as an organization: Tapping into the vast resources and relationships available to us, we can support local and statewide businesses at the ground level. Focus remains on improving and solidifying the framework of New Jersey’s economy. In addition to the specialized work performed by each of our four divisions, NJII is fortunate to have adopted a culture that promotes giving back, community involvement and volunteerism. Employees have participated in a host of charitable activities, including fundraisers, food drives, holiday donations, and more!

New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) joined forces with Newark's local Portuguese American Firefighter Association (PAFA).
New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) supports the Community Foodbank of New Jersey to deliver over 500 lbs. worth of food and toys to those in need!
