Bridgeway’s experience with the SUD PIP process was a very positive experience. The NJII Team assisted me with reaching a number of milestones, while being very accommodating to my schedule and allowing me to move at a pace I was comfortable with. For each milestone, the meetings were very structured with descriptive instructions laying out each step of the process.
For each milestone Bridgeway was eligible for and interested in pursuing, the NJII team was successful in helping us submit and get reimbursed fully. I primarily worked with Melanie, who was knowledgeable about all the requirements and very patient throughout the process. Melanie would bring in other team members as needed to provide additional information and support.
Based upon my past experiences seeking Milestone reimbursements elsewhere, I did not expect the process to flow so easily, and the funds to get disbursed so quickly. It was a pain-free process, and mosts milestone required no more than an hour to apply for while on a call with NJII.
I would definitely recommend other eligible agencies to utilize the NJII team to apply for these funds. The amount of time spent on the entire process was more than worth the funds Bridgeway was able to secure.
