Developing the Workforce of the Future with
Apprenticeship Programs
The New Jersey Institute of Technology and Pennsylvania College of Technology were jointly awarded a federal grant to develop apprenticeship programs to support industry growth in advanced manufacturing fields. Employers can utilize this opportunity to upskill their current workforce and hire new talent through a pipeline of pre-apprenticeship programs.
NJII's Human Capital Division is partnering with NJIT and Penn College to bring this program to life and introduce it across the Garden State. Our team will work with you, as an employer, to understand which programs are best suited to your workforce. Or, if you are a candidate for our grant-funded pre-apprenticeship programs, we will help you find a program that’s right for you.
