Modular Industry-Driven Apprenticeship Strategies

Image

The Modular Industry-Driven Apprenticeship Strategies (MIDAS) Apprenticeship program addresses a growing national demand for qualified, advanced manufacturing workers by providing flexible programs for employers to upskill their incumbent workforce.

MIDAS features modularized sections that can be easily combined to meet or exceed registered apprenticeship program standards. Optional modules can be combined with existing programs or run as stand-alone programs for the development of specialty, non-technical skills.
