Black belts are experts and agents of change. They provide training in addition to leading projects. As an industry-agnostic methodology, Six Sigma techniques are applied in many industries including aerospace and defense, all areas of manufacturing, telecom, banking and financial services, healthcare and pharma, IT and more.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belts make an average $20,678 per year more than their counterparts who do not hold the certification. Those with any level of Six Sigma training earned more than those without any (+$17,332 in U.S., +$8,333 in Canada)
